1. Ông Võ Ngọc Đồng, Giám đốc
a) Phụ trách chung, chịu trách nhiệm về toàn bộ hoạt động của Sở Nội vụ.
b) Chịu trách nhiệm trình UBND và Chủ tịch UBND thành phố dự thảo các quyết định, chỉ thị; quy hoạch, kế hoạch dài hạn, năm năm, hàng năm; các đề án, dự án và chương trình thuộc phạm vi quản lý nhà nước của Sở Nội vụ trên địa bàn thành phố.
c) Tham mưu UBND thành phố, Chủ tịch UBND thành phố quản lý sử dụng biên chế công chức, số lượng người làm việc trong đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập; cán bộ, công chức, viên chức; vị trí việc làm, cơ cấu chức danh công chức, viên chức; cải cách chế độ công vụ, công chức; chế độ chính sách đối với cán bộ, công chức, viên chức thuộc khối chính quyền của thành phố (trừ chế độ tiền lương và đào tạo, bồi dưỡng) theo quy định pháp luật và phân cấp của UBND thành phố.
d) Tham mưu UBND thành phố quản lý nhà nước về công tác thi đua - khen thưởng.
đ) Theo dõi, quản lý cán bộ doanh nghiệp nhà nước thuộc UBND thành phố quản lý.
e) Phụ trách công tác tổ chức, bộ máy, công chức, viên chức Sở Nội vụ.
g) Chủ tài khoản Sở Nội vụ.
h) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo Phòng Công chức, viên chức; Phòng Tổ chức, biên chế; Ban Thi đua - Khen thưởng.
2. Ông Chế Viết Sơn, Phó Giám đốc thường trực, giúp Giám đốc Sở:
a) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo công tác cải cách hành chính, quản lý nhà nước về công tác văn thư, lưu trữ;
b) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo Phòng Cải cách hành chính và Chi cục Văn thư - Lưu trữ.
3. Ông Nguyễn Thương, Phó Giám đốc, giúp Giám đốc Sở:
a) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo về tổ chức bộ máy, tổ chức chính quyền, công tác địa giới hành chính và phân loại đơn vị hành chính, công tác thanh niên; cán bộ, công chức và người hoạt động không chuyên trách phường, xã; công tác thanh tra hành chính và thanh tra chuyên ngành, giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo phòng chống tham nhũng liên quan đến công tác nội vụ.
b) Giúp Giám đốc Sở thực hiện công tác thu hút nguồn nhân lực; giám sát công tác tuyển dụng viên chức trên địa bàn thành phố; thực hiện hợp tác quốc tế về công tác nội vụ và các lĩnh vực được giao theo quy định của pháp luật và ủy quyền của UBND thành phố.
c) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo Phòng Xây dựng chính quyền và công tác thanh niên; Thanh tra Sở Nội vụ.
4. Ông Ngô Khôi, Phó Giám đốc, Trưởng Ban Tôn giáo, giúp Giám đốc Sở:
a) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo công tác tôn giáo; chỉ đạo thực hiện Pháp lệnh dân chủ ở xã, phường, thị trấn; quy chế dân chủ ở cơ quan hành chính, đơn vị sự nghiệp công lập, ở doanh nghiệp trong địa bàn thành phố và việc thực hiện công tác dân vận của chính quyền; công tác tổ chức hội, quỹ xã hội, quỹ từ thiện.
b) Làm nhiệm vụ Trưởng Ban Tôn giáo.
5. Ông Đặng Công Chúc, Phó Giám đốc giúp Giám đốc Sở:
a) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo về công tác đào tạo, bồi dưỡng, chế độ, chính sách tiền lương đối với công chức, viên chức khối sở, ngành; công tác thông tin, tổng hợp, điều phối hoạt động của Sở Nội vụ theo chương trình, kế hoạch công tác, công tác nội bộ cơ quan Sở Nội vụ gồm: pháp chế, cải cách hành chính, cải cách chế độ công vụ, công chức; bình đẳng giới, văn thư, lưu trữ; thi đua khen thưởng; quản lý tài sản và hành chính quản trị, chế độ chính sách đối với công chức, viên chức và người lao động của Sở Nội vụ;
b) Chủ tài khoản uỷ quyền.
c) Phụ trách, chỉ đạo Văn phòng Sở; là đại diện lãnh đạo (QMR) của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng ISO.
